1-3. Agreement to Waive Rules
Players must not agree to exclude the operation of any Rule or to waive any penalty incurred.
Penalty for Breach of Rule 1-3:
Match play — Disqualification of both sides;
Stroke play — Disqualification of competitors concerned.
(Agreeing to play out of turn in stroke play — see Rule 10-2c.)

SLGA MEMBERS:
Hopefully you've filed your income taxes, finished your spring cleaning/yard work, packed away your parkas, boots, corduroy pants and heavy sweaters, and still had time to swing the rust off your golf clubs -- or at the very least clean them! In a few short weeks -- Thursday, May 20th -- we'll be reconvening at Blackbrook to kick off the 2010 season of the Suburban Ladies Golf Association.
GREETINGS to everyone and a special welcome to our new members! I look forward to meeting you.
